On 22^nd January 2014 Gdańsk-Północ Regional Court in Gdańsk confirmed
the execution of the recovery agreement signed on 29^th June 2009 between
the Company and their creditors, Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. and LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A.

On 7^th April 2014  the Regional Court issued a decision to enter in the National Court Register information about completion of the recovery proceedings at Energobaltic Sp. z o.o.
